Marriage Licenses

Ordinary Marriage Licenses – in which the application has to be presented to the Attorney General no less than three (3) full working days before it is required.
Special Marriage Licenses – in which the application is made less than three (3) working days before it is required.

Entertainment (steel pan soloist, saxophonist, band, DJ etc.)
Champagne brunch
Rehearsal dinner on property or in a beautiful nearby restaurant
Wedding reception cocktail party

Would you prefer to get married on the beach or overlooking the cliffs? Other St Lucia wedding venues are available, and we are happy to organise for you to tie the knot at Pigeon Island National Park (location fee) in various locations.

Legal Requirements / Information Required

The following ORIGINAL documents are required:

Passport and birth certificate for both bride and groom
If either party is divorced, proof of decree absolute
If either party is widowed, death certificate of the deceased spouse
If a name has been changed by deed, full proof is required
If one of the parties is under 18, evidence of parental consent is required in the form of an affidavit stamped by a Notary Royal
If any required documents are not in English, an authenticated translation must be available
